We are a small catering service composed of two brothers who went to Ole Miss and now call Oxford, Mississippi our home. We provide custom pick up packages that will take care of all of you tailgating needs and large parties. We also cater to small groups, providing authentic Louisiana Shrimp Boils on site, at your home or private venue.
We require a ten guest minimum for service. If you book us, you will get us as we only schedule one event per date.
My experience with seafood derives from spending twenty plus years in Destin, Florida in restaurants managing their seafood operations. I spent twelve of those years at AJ’s Seafood & Oyster House in Destin, coordinating special events, menu planning, purchasing, preparing, cooking, and overseeing all things seafood.
